PohjaPlay is an inclusive space where adults come to enjoy games and connect with others. We expect all members to uphold three core principles: Respect, Fairness, and Responsibility.

Behaviour We Expect

• Treat all players with courtesy, regardless of their skill level or background
• Play honestly — exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited
• Accept the outcomes of games gracefully — both wins and losses
• Use appropriate language in any community-facing features
• Report issues or rule violations to our support team rather than taking matters into your own hands
• Maintain only one account per person

Behaviour That Is Not Permitted

• Harassment or abuse — targeting any player with hostile, threatening, or offensive messages
• Cheating or exploitation — using scripts, bots, or technical exploits to manipulate game outcomes
• Account sharing — sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Multi-accounting — creating more than one account per person to exploit welcome bonuses or game systems
• Impersonation — pretending to be PohjaPlay staff or other players
• Spam — flooding any communication channel with repetitive or irrelevant content
• Hate speech — content that is discriminatory on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban, depending on the severity and frequency of the behaviour. We review all cases individually and fairly.

If you believe you have received a sanction in error, contact our support team with a detailed explanation. We take appeals seriously.

Reporting a Violation

If you witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to us via the Contact page. Include as much detail as possible: the username involved, the game or context, and a description of what occurred. All reports are treated confidentially.
